Interacting with that many personalities throughout the day takes a special skill set, and Erin M.’s Contact Center team members are masters of their trade.
With that philosophy in mind, Elizabeth navigated her path at Enterprise from her start as an Area Accountant in Indiana to her current position on the Corporate Campus in St. Louis as Director of Business Administration for Global Franchising. The key to her progress was taking on new opportunities whenever and wherever they presented themselves.
“Being open to relocation helped expand the number of opportunities available to me,” Elizabeth explains. “Even though I was a little anxious about moving, I tried to look at how moving could set me up for future success and career advancement – it really put things into perspective.”
Beginning as a Management Trainee in New York in 1989, he worked his way up the ladder, eventually moving down south to take on roles as Regional Vice President and Vice President of the Atlanta Operating Group.
Currently Vice President/GM of the Jacksonville Operating Group, where he’s been the last four years, Dave shares the advice he would give himself as a Branch Manager.

In Southern California, it goes without saying that if you cross paths with Sarah B., you are in for a treat. The Group Talent Development Manager is a self-proclaimed loud and smiley person who sings in the hallways and is so passionate about Enterprise she claims to bleed green. All blood tests aside, she shares her enthusiasm for the brand by serving as one of the group’s trainers and just celebrated teaching her 100th new hire class of management trainees (MTs).
Michaela M. started at Enterprise in 2013 and joined Truck Rental three years later. She is currently a Truck Branch Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Michaela’s mentors continue to guide her toward personal and professional achievements, keeping her on a path toward success. As part of our celebration of Women’s History Month, we asked Michaela a few questions about how she got to where she is in her career today.
Chris, a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tulsa, Oklahoma, gained important insights from his mentor, Mike. Mike, Shared Services Director in Tulsa, mentored Chris for almost a year starting in 2016.
“Mike manages three departments, so working with him gave me the opportunity to speak to someone who sees solutions at a higher level,” Chris says. “Gaining his perspective helped me understand how an upper-level manager addresses issues and finds opportunities.”
