Ryan began his career as an MT (Management Trainee) in his home-state of California, working his way up to Regional Rental Manager. As his career progressed, he always kept an open mind about the possibility of making a move.

Many parents have a plan of attack to wrestle their kids into car seats and make the ensuing drive a bit easier. There’s trusty Goldfish crackers, a lively Disney sing-along or a portable DVD player.

But what happens when your mom-mobile breaks down and ends up in the shop leaving you, and your five children, in the lobby of an Enterprise looking for a rental?

Leave it to Nick L., Branch Rental Manager in Tampa, to answer this question and calm a flustered parent while solving her transportation needs.

The customer thanked Nick by calling him her “guardian angel,” and she wrote a heartfelt letter of appreciation.

Contagious Energy: MT Program Launches in Spain

Laura Truchado PicPleasant surprises. Exceptional training and support. Laura T.  has come to appreciate both these aspects of her everyday work environment as an Assistant Manager at the Enterprise home city branch in Móstoles, Spain.

Perhaps most surprising is the fact that she’s embraced a career in the car rental industry, after completing a degree in occupational therapy at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. During her undergrad days, Laura worked part time for Enterprise at the airport. And somewhere along the way, she says, “Enterprise’s energy caught me!”

All blood tests aside, she shares her enthusiasm for the brand by serving as one of the group’s trainers and just celebrated teaching her 100th new hire class of management trainees (MTs).
