We recently spoke to Branch Manager Eric C. who manages an Enterprise branch in Canoga Park, California. One of Eric’s customers wrote to Enterprise to express her appreciation for Eric, who went above and beyond the call of duty during her recent rental.
‘As I write this letter, I am crying tears of joy. I could not let the year end without telling you how wonderful your … staff is.’
It was those simple words in a letter of appreciation from longtime Enterprise customer Ms. Merry that unraveled a much deeper story of customer service and friendship.

Q: How long have you worked for Enterprise?
A: I joined the Enterprise team in 2007 through Enterprise Holdings’ acquisition of National and Alamo. Altogether, I have worked for Enterprise and Alamo for the past 22 years.
