“I just wasn’t fulfilled,” she says of the entry-level corporate human resources position she landed upon finishing a post-grad management degree. After two years she decided to leave and went to work as a bar and restaurant manager in Sudbury, Ontario.
That’s advice James Callaham frequently gives to employees he mentors.

Identical twin brothers Ethan and Ryan M. are Branch Managers at locations just 15 miles apart. While they both sport a similar friendly face behind the counter, they’re on two distinct career paths.
Charlie, Branch Rental Manager in Orange Park, Florida, recently completed his third Boston Marathon and fifth overall. Most of his marathon appearances helped raise money to fight deadly diseases. All of them were motivated by his mother.
