Charlie, Branch Rental Manager in Orange Park, Florida, recently completed his third Boston Marathon and fifth overall. Most of his marathon appearances helped raise money to fight deadly diseases. All of them were motivated by his mother.

You became Senior Vice President of Fleet Management earlier this year. What are your biggest opportunities?
In our ongoing series of “Five Question” blogs, we recently sat down with Jane H., Senior Vice President of Southeast Operations, to chat about her thoughts on leadership, her new role, and what advice she has to share from her 30 year career at Enterprise.
You recently became Senior Vice President of Southeast Operations. What excites you about this opportunity and what are you looking forward to in your new role?
We recently spoke to Enterprise Management Trainee Audriana G., who works at Albuquerque’s Sunport airport in New Mexico regarding her outstanding customer service. Audriana turned an everyday encounter into a memorable experience for a frequent renter—impressing the customer to the point that she wrote a letter to Chief Executive Officer Pam Nicholson, commending Audriana’s efforts.
Summer interns in the Southwest region were asked to participate in a project to show how they have grown during their time at Enterprise. Each intern was asked to think of two hashtags: one explaining why they came to Enterprise, and one about what they’ve learned so far. Then, they each provided a short explanation for their choices.
